Share content during the face-to-face
There are many, many technology tools for presenting content in a classroom or workshop. One of the most important things to consider when choosing your tool is how your guests will access the content, both during and after the live show.
Don't Forget your (Phone) CameraNeed to write down a wireless code before passing along the form? Quickly make note of a new graphic organizer? Remember the title and author of a book someone hands you to review? Take a picture.

Group BrainstormMagic marker on easel paper is hard to read, and with groups of more than 40 or so, it can be difficult for everyone to have their say. This method will work for groups of 100 or more and everyone will be able to see the results.

Create Group Image AlbumsLots of different people take photos at a big conference, or you send a class to photograph the neighborhood. How do you gather them into one place and allow the photographers, and other participants, to see them? Lots of ideas here. (Works through Facebook "friends". Also try Twitter or Instagram.)

Peanut GalleryWhich workshops are already full, or still available, at a conference? Has the field trip group boarded buses yet? These tools allow communication without sharing phone numbers and without disturbing those to whom the information is not relevant.
